Mai Khao Sunset Sail
A three-hour evening departure heading north along Phuket's quietest coastline, past national park beaches with open views toward the Andaman horizon. Thai snacks and drinks are served. Up to six passengers. Unhurried in pace.

Similan Preview Day Trip
A full-day trip northwest toward the outer waters near the Similan chain. This charter reaches the halfway point and visits excellent reef systems in the transitional zone. Lunch prepared onboard. Snorkeling gear included. 8–9 hours.

Northern Andaman Expedition
A 3–5 day charter sailing north toward the Surin Islands, Burma Banks, or south to the Similans. Fully provisioned with comfortable cabins and prepared meals. Crew handles all navigation and logistics. Park permits & fuel included.

Departures from the North
Yacht Haven Marina sits at Phuket's quieter northern tip — meaning shorter passages to the best reefs and far less crowded waters from the moment you leave the dock.
Small, Experienced Crew
Every charter carries a small, familiar crew. The captain has spent years reading these waters and adjusts each route to conditions on the day — not to a fixed schedule.
Access to Remote Anchorages
The multi-day expedition reaches anchorages that are inaccessible on day trips — the Burma Banks, outer Surin reefs, and less-visited corners of the Similan archipelago.
Food Prepared Onboard
Meals are prepared fresh onboard using local ingredients. Thai snacks on the sunset sail, a full cooked lunch on the day trip, and three daily meals provisioned for the expedition.
Safety & Park Compliance
All national park entry permits, marine park fees, and fuel costs are included in the expedition rate. The yacht carries full safety equipment and operates within Thai maritime regulations.
No Rush, No Script
The pace is set by the sea and by you. If a particular bay is worth an extra hour, the crew will stay. There is no itinerary pressed onto the day that cannot flex when the conditions invite it.

COMMON QUESTIONS
Before You Book
How far in advance should I make a booking?
For sunset sails, a few days' notice is usually enough. Day trips and multi-day expeditions benefit from at least one to two weeks' advance notice, particularly during high season (November through April) when the yacht may be engaged on back-to-back passages.
What's included in the multi-day expedition rate?
The ฿34,000 per day rate covers the yacht, crew, all fuel, national park and marine park entry fees, and three meals a day with snacks and non-alcoholic drinks. Diving arrangements through partner operators are available at anchorage points and are quoted separately based on the dive site chosen.
Do I need any sailing experience?
None at all. Every charter is fully crewed — the captain and crew handle all sailing, navigation, anchoring, and safety. Guests are welcome to get involved with the lines and sails if they'd like, or simply relax on deck and let the crew do their work.
What happens if the weather isn't suitable?
Safety is the primary consideration. If conditions at departure time are unsuitable, the crew will discuss options with you — that might mean departing later in the day, adjusting the route, or rescheduling entirely. We do not pressure charters to depart in conditions we wouldn't choose ourselves.
Can I request a specific route or destination?
Yes. Particularly for multi-day charters, we're happy to discuss your interests before departure — whether that's finding the best snorkeling, reaching a specific anchorage, or simply having time to sit at sea without a firm destination. The final route is shaped by conditions and by what you're hoping for from the trip.
Are the charters private?
Yes, all charters are fully private. You and your group have the yacht to yourselves for the duration of the booking. The crew is there to support the charter, not to manage a mixed group of strangers.
